Renter is responsible for any damages to boat or other boats if at fault Renter is responsible for any gas used on trip . We will fill with fuel when back to our dock. Usually 12-to 25 gallons at market price (around $4.50 gallon) renter agrees to owners price per gallon and amount of gallons, we have a tank at our dock with a gallon meter on it. Our end goal is to have the boat full for the next person but have to clarify for the app to get paid. We cannot control the weather and it is very hard to look at forecast to tell if boatable , most everyday calls for rain in rainy season but most days are totally fine , just pop up showers here and there, if we agree that it is unboatable we can reschedule for another day that fits our schedule. Possibly on a different boat.
