Just to be clear this is a captained vessel, My name Sam or you can call me Capt. Cletus! I have many years on the water and love to share my passion! This is a beautiful 20ft pontoon with a sound system, swim ladder, sun shade and tubing tower. All lifejackets are provided, and I can provide some floaties. Very universal, I am willing to take out a group of nuns or a bachelorette party! I service Smithville lake MO, Truman Lake, Longview lake, Pomme Dettere, Stockton and others!

REFUNDS I will do my best to not allow a trip to be planned during bad weather but sometimes it is unpredictable. With that said, I will allow 1 reschedule. After the 1 reschedule there will be no refund if still unable to make the charter. As for Late arrivals, you will not be charged however I will not be out longer than the scheduled time of the booking. No-Show bookings will not be allowed a reschedule or a refund. RULES All children under the age of 13 will be required to wear a lifejacket at all times. I can provide two infant and two toddler lifejackets. I have a no shoe policy on my boat unless they are crocs, water shoes, sandals or flip flops and they must be inspected by myself before boarding the vessel. No glass bottles on the boat PERIOD. Not just my rules but lake rules as well. No jumping off the boat until I give the OK. I am a fun and reasonable guy but when it comes to safety or destruction of property I will and can cancel the charter or kick people off the charter and send them home. Lets just have a good time and be safe! there is no need to over complicate anything.
