Limited to 6 passengers. Children under 6 are not permitted. Children 10 and under must wear a life jacket at all times while aboard. This is the law. Adult passengers will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to departure. Due to unpredictable nature of weather and marine conditions, the Owner and Captain of the vessel withholds the right to cancel the cruise / voyage up to 2 hours prior to the event for any reason.
