Weather: Safety is the priority. If conditions are unsafe (lightning, high winds, severe storms), we will reschedule or refund your booking. Light rain is typically safe and does not qualify for cancellation. Once the boat is in the water, no refunds will be given for weather. Late Arrivals: Your booking time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may shorten your trip to avoid overlapping with other bookings. No‑Shows: No‑shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non‑refundable. Safety: All guests must follow captain instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided for all ages. Children under 13 must wear a US. Coast Guard Approved life jacket at all times while boat is underway. No glass bottles onboard. Food: Please limit chips and avoid cheesy snacks or anything that can stain the seats. Light, non‑messy snacks are best. Fuel: Fuel is included with hourly rate. Boat Rules: No smoking, no red wine, no shoes on seats, and no spray sunscreen (lotion only). Please treat the boat with care. Capacity: Maximum of 8 guests plus captain. If you have a larger group, I can coordinate a second boat, just ask. Damage: Any damage caused by guests will be billed at replacement cost.
