Late arrivals may reduce charter time. • Weather cancellations due to unsafe conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, small craft advisory) will be rescheduled at captain’s discretion. • No-shows are non-refundable. • No smoking onboard. • Red wine and staining drinks are not permitted. • Shoes off while on deck to protect custom marine flooring. • Guests must follow all safety instructions at all times. • Fuel is included unless excessive cruising is requested. • Damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
