( NYE Rate is $2,600 per hour for a minimum for 5 hours ) CHARTER RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Booking & Payment - The Payment will be collected by Getmyboat. 2. Bond / Security Deposit - A $500 bond is required for all charters. - The bond covers damage, excessive cleaning, breakages, or misconduct-related costs. 3. Guest Capacity - Maximum capacity: - - 1C Survey: 25 passengers + 2 crew - 2C Survey (offshore): 6 passengers + 2 crew - The skipper has full authority to refuse boarding if the group exceeds survey limits. 4. Catering & Alcohol - BYO food and drinks are permitted unless otherwise arranged. - Red wine is permitted onboard but must be handled with care to avoid staining. - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. - Responsible consumption of alcohol is required. The skipper may cease alcohol service or return to dock if safety is compromised. 5. Behavior Onboard - Passengers must follow all instructions from the captain and crew at all times. - Excessive intoxication, aggression, or dangerous behavior will result in the charter being terminated without refund. - Standing or sitting on railings, bow riding outside approved areas, and unsafe movement while underway are prohibited. 6. Weather Policy - Charters operate in most weather conditions. - In the event of unsafe conditions (as determined by the skipper), an alternative date will be offered. - Bookings cannot be cancelled due to rain or overcast conditions. 7. Safety Requirements - A safety briefing will be given prior to departure. - Lifejackets must be worn when instructed by the crew. - No swimming is permitted after sunset or in unsafe areas. - Swimming is only allowed when the engines are off and the skipper has approved the area. 8. Damage & Cleaning - The hirer is responsible for the behavior of all guests. - Any damage, breakage, or excessive mess will be charged to the hirer. - Vomit cleaning fee: $200 per incident. 9. Timings - Charters run for the agreed time. - Additional time may be available at the skipper’s discretion and will be charged accordingly. - Late arrivals do not extend the charter duration. 10. Music & Noise Restrictions - Volume must comply with NSW Maritime regulations and local residential noise zones. 11. Liability - The Yachty, skipper, and crew accept no liability for loss or damage to personal items. - All passengers travel at their own risk and must act responsibly. 12. Offshore Trips For offshore trips (2C Survey): - Weather and sea conditions must be appropriate. - The skipper has final authority on whether offshore travel is safe on the day. - All passengers must remain seated while travelling offshore. 13. Cancellations - More than 5 days before charter: Full refund of deposit. - Less than 5 days: No refund.
