- Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions (Rain or Severe Weather) Miami Luxury Yachts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any charter if weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers, crew, or the vessel.- If the cancellation is initiated by the company due to severe weather, the client may choose to: a) Reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability, or b) Receive a full credit for a future booking. - No cash refunds will be issued. - Client Cancellation / No-Show- If the client fails to show up on the scheduled charter date (“no-show”), the payment will be considered non-refundable, and the booking will be automatically canceled. - If the client wishes to cancel for personal reasons, notice must be given at least 72 hours in advance to receive a credit applicable to a future booking (non-refundable). - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter time are not eligible for credit or refund. - Endangerment of Crew or Unsafe Conduct Miami Luxury Yachts and the captain onboard have full authority to cancel or terminate the charter without refund if any passenger engages in conduct that:- Endangers the safety of the crew or other passengers, - Compromises the safe operation of the vessel, or - Violates maritime laws or Coast Guard regulations. In such cases, the client forfeits the full payment with no right to refund or credit.
