⚓ Charter Guidelines - Bad Weather Policy: In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds or high waves, we prioritize safety. If the skipper deems the conditions unsafe, the charter may be canceled with a full refund provided. - No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the agreed departure time will result in the forfeiture of the full charter fee. - Safety Briefing: All guests must attend and adhere to the skipper's safety briefing before departure. - Skipper's Authority: The skipper reserves the right to terminate the charter mid-trip if passengers engage in misconduct, including but not limited to excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued. - Conduct Onboard: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any actions that compromise the safety or enjoyment of others may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. - Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol is permitted; however, passengers must remain within acceptable limits. The skipper has the discretion to refuse boarding or terminate the charter if passengers are deemed unfit to sail.
