In an effort to give the highest level of service, we always want to be transparent about everything related to a charter. The following are some of the rules that may affect you. 1. If you are late, we are not obligated to add time to your charter. We may do so in certain situations. 2.Because of the constant changing weather in Florida, cancellation of a charter due to rain is not a reason to cancel unless the captain feels its unsafe. The captain will determine if there are any safety issues with any charter. If the winds are severe or the water wave height is severe, the captain has the option to cancel or reschedule the charter up to 24hrs before the boat is scheduled to leave the dock . If the charter is cancelled, a new date will be set that works for both parties, and in some situations there may be the possibility of a refund. 3. If you no show to the charter there will be no refund. The date was reserved for you and we do not double book. 4. We ask that if possible, not to bring red wine of grape juice on the boat. They both can leave permanent stains on carpets, canvas and other types of furniture. If this happens you will be charged the cleaning fee, and if the stain doesn't come out, you will be charged for the item that has been damaged. 5 The boat has a crew who will serve you and make your experience a memorable one, but the crew will not babysit any children bought on the boat. If you need a babysitter you can bring one or we can find one that you can pay for. 6. If you want to bring food or drinks on the boat we have refrigeration and an oven or microwave to warm the food up for you and serve it to you. 7. If you want a chef to cook gourmet meals from a menu that you have picked out, we can arrange for one at an additional $500-700/day 8. If you have any questions about chartering a boat, or about what you would like to do on your charter, please feel free to ask them before you get on the boat so we can insure you will fully enjoy your time on the water 9.For your safety and the safety of the crew and other guests. Pricing  includes taxes, though it doesn't include the customary tip of 15-20% of the charter fee. This tip is allowed to be paid direct to the captain or collected up front when booking the charter. Pricing does not include an APA if your trip is a multiple day booking. Pricing  does not include a chef who can be hired for $500-700/day Pricing does not include fuel, docking at any port except our home port Pricing does not include any food or liquor that is wanted for your trip Special rates for multiple days.
