Cancellation Policy – Loreto, Mexico Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against illness, travel delays, or unforeseen events. Day Charters - Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the charter (minus a 10% administrative fee). - No refunds within 7 days of the scheduled charter. - Charters cancelled 7+ days prior may be rescheduled with a 10% rescheduling fee. - Credits must be used within 1 year of the original booking. Multi-Day Charters - All payments are non-refundable. - If cancelled 30+ days before departure, the charter may be rescheduled with a 10% fee. - Credits must be used within 1 year. - No rescheduling or credit within 30 days of departure. Weather If the Port Captain or National Weather Service issues a Small Craft Advisory, we will reschedule your charter or issue a credit valid for one year. Additional Policies - Maximum 12 passengers per charter. - Vessel substitutions may occur if required due to maintenance or scheduling. - Unsafe behavior may result in termination of the charter without refund. - Pets are not permitted unless approved service animals.
