Safety Policies 1. Captain’s Authority The captain has full authority during the trip. All guests must follow instructions at all times to ensure everyone’s safety. 2. Life Jackets Life jackets are available for all passengers and must be worn when instructed by the captain. Children are required to wear life jackets at all times. 3. Weather Conditions Trips may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe sea or weather conditions. Safety always comes first. 4. Health & Medical Conditions Guests who are pregnant, have serious back/neck problems, heart conditions, or recent surgeries should consult with us before booking. Participation is at your own risk. 5. Alcohol Consumption Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Excessive drinking or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated, and the captain reserves the right to return to shore if necessary. 6. Personal Belongings We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or water-damaged items. Please secure valuables properly. 7. Children All minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 8. Boarding & Swimming No diving from the vessel unless approved by the captain. Enter the water only when instructed. Be mindful of propellers and marine life. Cancellation Policy • 48+ Hours Before Departure Full refund or option to reschedule. • 24–48 Hours Before Departure 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability). • Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show No refund. • Weather Cancellations If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. • Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund.
