The First Dive This first immersion is done only with a certified instructor in a depth zone varying from 0-6 meters. This baptism is an opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with the equipment, discover new sensations and observe the marine environment. You learn to breathe, communicate with your monitor and adapt the first fundamental gestures related to pressure. The first few minutes of immersion are often moments of concentration on oneself, the underwater environment does not exist. The first dive will be charged to your credit as the first session already done if you want to train you in the first diver qualification, the Level 1 or Open Water.
