What To Bring: • Towels • Sunscreen • Food and Drinks (Alcohol is allowed) • Music/iPod (We have an upgraded sound system with Bluetooth) We can provide a cooler and you can buy ice at the marina store during their normal business hours. You can bring your own snacks and beverages. We are docked at C-Dock and you must be escorted inside the gate and do not park at the Marina because you will get towed. There is available parking available nearby on the street. We are a drug free boat (including marijuana) in accordance with USCG Zero Tolerance Policies. The Azure Skye is US Coast Guard documented for coastwise trade, commercially licensed by the City of Charlotte and State of North Carolina, and our captains are US Coast Guard Licensed. US Coast Guard regulations limit us to 6 paying passengers. Safety is our first priority. When boating with us, we ask that you please treat the boat like it is your own. Please no red wine or staining foods, No self-tanner or bronzer, no smoking or vaping, no diving, no fishing, no pets. We do not coordinate with other charter boats. We do not tie up with other boats. Swimming between two boats is prohibited. No lifeguard is on duty, swimming is at your own risk. Charterer liable for damages to vessel. All Passengers must sign a manifest and waiver prior to departure. WEATHER POLICY: If you are unable to use the boat due to dangerous weather conditions or heavy sustained rain, (actually happening at time of rental, not based on forecast conditions), you can elect to either reschedule at no charge or to receive a 75% refund of the boat rental rate.
