Lake Ripley We will meet at the Lake Ripley Beach to drop off the kayaks. You can easily launch from there. There is a $2.00 per person or $25 annual pass to use the beach area. This can be paid at the gate. This fee is not included in the rental. Ripley Park is open 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Outside of the normal season the park is available for anyone to come in and enjoy during daylight hours, but all of the facilities are closed and staff are not on duty. Lake Ripley is a great lake to paddle on with lots to do at the Park. There will be boats, jet skis and other recreational watercraft out on this lake, so please paddle with caution and pay attention to your surroundings. Red Cedar Lake We will meet at the boat launch on Brosig Lane. This Lake is part of the Red Cedar Lake Natural Area and the Red Cedar Lake Waterfowl Production area, so the only watercraft that you will see on this lake will be kayaks, canoes and row boats. Motorboats are not allowed. There is a small island on this lake and we ask that you do not go on there as it is an egg hatching area for the local ducks and geese. Koshkonong Creek For trips down the creek, we will meet at the put in spot of your choice. From there we will shuttle your vehicle with one driver down to the take out spot and then that driver will be brought back up to the put in spot to join the other paddlers. This allows you to leave the river right after your trip is done, I only ask you wait until I arrive to retrieve the kayaks. Please choose an option below.
