Free cancellation up to 5 days before your trip.
Additional Terms & Information
No Liability is on the Owner of the boat or the hired Drivers and Deckhands. NO Sue clause. Not allowed after dark returns. This will be based on sunset times. Walkthrough agreement and liability waiver must be signed prior to embarking. Please, no smoking aboard. We prefer lotion sunscreen over spray if possible as it keeps our seats in better condition for the next groups. If you are requesting delivery at the southern end of the lake there will be a $100 pickup/delivery fee. 100% refund in any case of rainout or severe weather. Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time. 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time. Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
