- Weather: Charters may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of unsafe weather conditions. Light rain does not qualify for cancellation. - Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not extend the charter time. - No-Show Policy: No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the booking. - Safety: All passengers must follow captain’s instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided for all ages. - Respect the Vessel: No shoes on deck, no smoking inside the cabin, and no red wine allowed (stains). - Capacity: Maximum of 8 guests on board. - Alcohol & Food: Responsible alcohol use is permitted. No hard drugs. - Destinations: Captain will approve all routes based on safety and time constraints.
