Booking & Cancellation Policy Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. The remaining balance must be settled prior to departure. - In case of unsafe weather conditions (as determined by the skipper and local port authorities), the charter may be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded in full. - Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the charter or failure to appear will result in full loss of the deposit. - No-shows or late arrivals exceeding 60 minutes without prior notice will be considered a cancellation. Weather Policy Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for navigation, we will offer: - A change of date, or - A full refund. Light wind or cloudy conditions do not qualify as unsafe weather. Safety & Conduct - The skipper’s instructions must be followed at all times. - Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Intoxicated or disorderly behavior will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. Damage & Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment. A security deposit may apply depending on the type of booking.
