Weather: Owner has the option to cancel for unsafe conditions (storms, high winds, advisories). If canceled for safety, guests receive a full refund or reschedule option. Light rain is not grounds for cancellation. Late / No-Show: Late arrivals for pickup and delivery do not extend time. No-shows (1 hr+ late without contact) forfeit booking without refund. Safety: All guests must follow safety instructions. Life jackets provided. Unsafe or illegal behavior may result in trip termination without refund. Boat Rules: Do not exceed passenger limit. No red wine, staining items, or open flames. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning fees.
