- SAFATY CONSIDERATIONS : a full safety briefing will be provided before departure of the trip. Kids of all ages are welcome kids under the age of five years old. Must wear lifejackets at all times of the trip. - BOAT RULES : no excessive alcohol consumption or illegal substances allowed on board. Please respect the vessel and it’s equipment. - PET POLICY & FEE : we welcome well-behaved pet aboard! Pets must be house , kept off upholstery, and supervised at all times, please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a furry friend. Pet for animals applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. - WEATHER CANCELLATIONS : for safety reasons, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of severe weather condition. All weather cancellations must be done 72 hours prior to the schedule, charter date and time in order to be eligible for a refund. Unless it’s canceled by the crew, it’s 100% refundable. - LATE CANCELLATION POLICY : the Charter is allowed to be canceled without 100% refund if client is 30 minutes late or more this is not our goal or intentions, but with tight schedules, we can’t guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip. - LATE OR NO-SHOW BOOKING : please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced rental time. No- shows will be charged the full booking amount. - ADDITIONAL POLICIES : any damage or loss Rod & real during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility
