Renter must have boating experience. Boat must be returned on time and in the same condition it was delivered. Fuel is not included – renter will be responsible for gas used (measured by fuel gauge or fill-up receipt). No glass bottles or red wine onboard. No beaching the boat. Late return fees may apply. Bad weather? We offer free rescheduling or full refund if unsafe conditions prevent rental. - Boat must be returned in the same condition it was received. Charges will apply for damages, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or late return. - Late return fee: $50 per 30 minutes past scheduled return time. - Do not beach the boat or operate in water shallower than 2.5 ft. Prop damage and hull gouges are not considered normal wear and tear. - No towing of tubes, skis, or other vessels unless approved in advance. - No smoking, glass bottles, or unapproved pets onboard. (pets are allowed but you must notify us before hand) - Children under 6 must wear a life jacket at all times (per Florida law). Life jackets provided for all passengers. You must let us know if you need any youth jackets ahead of time. - Unsafe weather (lightning, strong winds, storms) may qualify for cancellation or rescheduling. Light rain or overcast skies do not. - Security allowance of up to $2,000 may be applied for damage, violations, or cleaning fees. - In the event of gross negligence or total loss, renter is liable for full replacement value of the vessel and any lost rental time, regardless of insurance limitations. - A detailed pre- and post-trip checklist will be completed. Renters are encouraged to take photos at pickup and return. By proceeding with this rental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above. You accept full responsibility for the vessel, its use, and all associated liabilities during the rental period.
