ABOUT THE TRIP Embark on an unforgettable boating adventure aboard a 45ft Four Winns, perfect for groups of up to 13 people, including yourself. Set sail from the Miami River and enjoy a relaxed, scenic journey on the water. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to enjoy the beauty of the Miami coastline, this trip offers the ideal setting for an exciting outing with friends. ABOUT THE BOAT The boat is a spacious 45ft Four Winns, offering plenty of room for you and up to 12 guests. It's designed for comfort and relaxation, ensuring a smooth ride as you cruise the waters. With a stylish and well-equipped layout, this boat provides a fantastic platform to enjoy the sun, water, and the company of friends. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Rental of the 45ft Four Winns boat - Space for up to 13 people (including the renter) - Access to the Miami River departure location (exact address provided after booking) - Plastic cups, plates & cutlery. They can be provided per request. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED - Towels (please bring your own) - Tip is not included for the crew (not included but always appreciated) - Food and drinks (you are welcome to bring your own, including alcoholic beverages, we just kindly ask not to bring red wine) DEPARTURE LOCATION The boat departs from the Miami River. The exact location will be provided after booking in accordance with Getmyboat policy. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW - Tips are not included but are greatly appreciated if you feel the crew did an excellent job. - Jetski's will require a temporary license. It has a cost of $12.99 and it is required for guests born after 1987. (Passengers don’t t need this license) Minimum age to drive the jetski is 16 years with a parent/guardian present. - Please note that we are currently experiencing delays due to Tamiami Bridge only opening every 30 minutes. While our schedule accounts for this, any late arrivals may result in additional wait time for the next bridge opening-causing delays and reducing the duration of your trip. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY against discrimination, antagonism or any kind of disrespectful behavior towards any of the crew members, or ourselves. We reserve the right to cancel the trip with NO REFUND if any of the crew members feel harassed or discriminated in any way. QUICK HEADS-UP The FWC now requires the primary renter to have a boating safety ID if born on or after Jan 1, 1988. (We’ll share the link after booking—it’s a quick online process.)

Captain Elliott was great!!! He understands great customer service, he was on time and catered to my family of 9 guest. He was attentive and made us feel safe in the water with his 10 year experience of boating. Highly recommended!! Boat was clean, speakers were way better than we expected. Even tho we endure some rain, we took the party down to the cabin and had a good time there.

10/10. The price was very affordable and enjoyed every minute of it. Our captain was very nice. The speaker wasn’t working and they accommodate us by giving an extra hour of ride time. My birthday ride was everything.

An amazing experience in Miami The boat ride was absolutely amazing. The captain was very professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the trip. He made us feel safe and comfortable, and allowed us to enjoy the views at our own pace. The boat was spotless—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a fun and relaxing time on the water. We enjoyed every moment of it. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for something special to do in Miami. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

The water has always been my second home, I grew up in a little Island so boats have always been a passion of mine. 90% refund of offer amount up to 7 days prior.

Standard Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled trip will receive a 90% refund of the total payment. • The remaining 10% is retained to cover administrative time, communication, and booking management. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable. • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. • Please note: All refunds are capped at 90%. we do not issue full 100% refunds under any circumstances. ⸻ Weather Cancellation Policy Weather cancellations are determined using the Google Weather App (Miami Beach location, hourly forecast) as the official source. A weather cancellation is permitted if: 1. There is an 80% or higher chance of rain (averaged over the rental period). 2. Winds are 25 mph or higher (averaged over the rental period). Additional Terms: • Weather cancellations must be requested at least 6 hours before departure. • If the trip begins and conditions worsen, no refunds or rescheduling will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon before departure. • In any situation outside the criteria above, rescheduling or refunds must be agreed upon by both parties. • Weather-related cancellations follow the same refund structure: a maximum of 90% will be refunded. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy • Guests arriving 30 minutes or more after the scheduled departure time may forfeit the trip without refund. • We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but due to scheduling, we cannot guarantee full trip duration or service quality if departure is delayed. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy • We allow guests to reschedule their trip once without penalty. • If the rescheduled trip is later canceled by the client, no refund will be issued.
