Renter must be 21 years or older, with a valid driver's license. boat is not to be taken out of intercoastal waters. rentals only cancelled if weather is extreme and unsafe. Rain alone is not a reason to cancel reservation. in the event of unsafe weather, renter will be given the option to re-schedule reservation for a later date.
