Yamaha Jet Ski for Rent – Smooth, Fast & Reliable Ride

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements - Operators must be 18+ with valid photo ID; passengers under 18 must be with an adult guardian. - Under-16 operators are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult on the water craft, and must be 18 years or older. 2. Safety Equipment & Rules - USCG-approved life jackets are mandatory for every rider, always worn while underway. These will be provided. - Engine cut-off switch and lanyard are required and must be used. - No operation is allowed between sunset and sunrise. 3. Operational Conduct - No reckless behavior: includes wake-jumping within 100 ft of other vessels, spraying others, operating under the influence (BAC ≥ 0.08%), reckless passing, etc. - Observe all local waterway rules: speed zones, no-wake areas, minimum distances 4. Insurance & Rental Records - The jet ski is fully registered and meets all safety regulations (life jackets, registration, loud hailer, etc.)  . - As required by CA for-hire rentals, we keep records of renter info, departure/return times, and registration for at least six months. 5. Damage Deposit & Fees - A refundable damage deposit (hold on credit card) of $300 is required depending on duration and conditions. Full amount returned if no damage is found. - Renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, cleaning, or missing equipment. 6. Liability Release & Waiver By renting, the Renter agrees: - They have been briefed on safe operation, local navigation, and emergency procedures. - They assume full responsibility for any bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from their use—even due to their own negligence. - They release and waive all claims against Owner (and related parties) and will indemnify and hold harmless against any claims made by third parties . 7. Prohibited Uses - No towing of persons or items (tubes, skis, SUP boards). - No operation of any kind outside designated waterways or hours. - No alcohol or drug usage before or during operation. 8. Pre-Rental Safety Brief & Inspection - A mandatory in-person safety orientation before departure. - Jet ski will be inspected with the renter present both pre- and post-rental. 9. Cancellations & Returns - Late returns or after-hours returns may incur penalties (e.g., double hourly rate or overnight storage fees). - Deposits will be held until final inspection is complete 10.
