To keep things fair: - Full Refund: Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure for a 100% refund. - 50% Refund: Cancel between 48 and 24 hours prior - No Refund for Late Cancels or No-Shows: Less than 24 hours’ notice or not showing up means we keep the full amount, as we’ve reserved the boat and captain just for you. Please let us know ASAP if you’re running into issues—life happens, and we’ll try to work with you! Weather Policy Safety-First Weather Plan Your fun and safety come first. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, high winds over 20 knots, or small craft advisories), we’ll: - Reschedule: Pick a new date that works for you at no extra cost (pending availability). - Refund: If rescheduling isn’t an option, you’ll get a full refund—no hassle. For light drizzle or overcast skies, we’ll still cruise—bring a jacket and enjoy the cozy vibes! Captain’s call is final, based on real-time Marina del Rey forecasts. Late Fee Running Late? No Stress, But…: We’ll hold the boat for you up to 15 minutes past your start time—life’s unpredictable! After that: - Late Fee: $50 per half-hour, deducted from your trip time (e.g., a 2-hour booking becomes 1.5 hours if you’re 30 minutes late). We’ve got a tight schedule to keep everyone happy, so please text or call if you’re delayed. If you’re a no-show after 30 minutes, it falls under our cancellation policy (no refund).
