Pickup & Return - Pickup Location: 3701 Windjammer Lane Rockwall, TX - Return Time: Renter must return equipment on time. Late returns will incur a $50/hour fee. - Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. 👤 Renter Requirements - Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID. - A boater safety certificate is required for anyone born after September 1, 1993 (Texas Law). - All drivers must sign a liability waiver before operating the watercraft. 💸 Payment & Deposit - Full payment due at time of booking unless otherwise arranged. - A security deposit of $250 (per jet ski/boat) is required and refunded after inspection. - Fuel is not included in rental price unless noted. Unit must be returned with a full tank or a $50 refueling feeapplies. 🚫 Prohibited Use - No alcohol or drug use while operating the watercraft. - No night riding – All rentals must return before sunset. - No beaching or riding in restricted areas. Fines or damages incurred are the responsibility of the renter. 🧯 Safety & Liability - Life vests are provided and must be worn at all times while riding. - The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury during the rental period. - Renter is responsible for any cleaning fees ($50) if equipment is returned excessively dirty. 📅 Cancellation Policy - Free cancellation up to 48 hours before reservation. - Cancellations within 48 hours subject to 50% refund. - No-shows or day-of cancellations are non-refundable.
