Additional Terms & Information 1. Weather Cancellation Policy - If, during the charter hours, the hourly average rain probability exceeds 80%, based on Accuweather’s hourly forecast, the charterer is entitled to reschedule the reservation or receive a full refund. - If the client agrees to proceed and the trip has already started, no refunds or rescheduling will be granted, unless previously discussed and agreed upon before departure. - Accuweather (hourly forecast) is the only source used for weather evaluation. 2. Reservation Confirmation Reservation confirmation will be sent 2 days prior to the charter date, as marina changes may occur, and boat locations can be reassigned at any time by the marina authorities. 3. Safety Requirements All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times. Life jackets are available onboard and must be worn whenever requested by the crew.
