Your Private 50ft Luxury Yacht Escape

Refund Policy: If your yacht charter is canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full (100%) refund. If you cancel the yacht rental at least 14 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a partial refund of 75% of the total yacht rental fee. If the charter is canceled seven (7) days before the scheduled date, we will refund 50% of the total yacht rental fee. Cancellations made within 6 days of your scheduled departure are NOT eligible for a refund. Rather, we will gladly credit your charter for use at a later date. Credits can be transferred to another person. There are no refunds or credits for cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation. No-shows will result in the loss of the entire reservation amount with no credit for any reason, including weather. Cancellations made by the Operator for reasons other than weather are eligible for a full refund. There shall be no refunds due to weather conditions or any other factor outside of the Operator’s control, including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental regulations. However, the Charterer is allowed to reschedule for a later date if unsafe lake weather conditions prevent a safe voyage.‬
