🕒 Rental Duration: - Half-day rental: 4 hours - Full-day rental: 8 hours - Additional hours available upon request (extra fees apply) 🛑 Age & License Requirements: - Renter must be at least 21 years old - Valid driver’s license and boating license (if required by state law) 🛟 Safety First: - Life jackets provided for all passengers (including children) - No operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol - Max capacity is 10 people – no exceptions ⛽ Fuel Policy: - Boat will be delivered with a full tank - Renter is responsible for refueling or paying a fuel fee upon return 💵 Deposit & Damages: - A security deposit of $300 is required (refundable after inspection) - Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period 📍 Pickup & Return: - Pickup and drop-off at will be disclosed - Late returns may incur additional fees 🚫 Cancellations: - Free cancellations up to 48 hours in advance - Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable 🚭 No Smoking: - Smoking is not allowed on the boat
