Important Policies & Guidelines We want all our guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. Please review the following policies that may affect your booking: Weather Cancellations: If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, lightning, storms), we may reschedule your rental or offer a full refund. The decision will be made at our discretion based on local forecasts and safety. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your booking may be canceled without a refund. No-shows will be charged in full. Safety Requirements: - All passengers must wear life jackets while the boat is in motion. - The designated operator must be at least 21 years old and sober. - No reckless driving, beaching, or spinning permitted. Boat Rules: - No shoes on the boat (barefoot or soft sandals only). - No glass containers—please bring cans or plastic. - No smoking or vaping. - Please keep music at a respectful volume. Other Considerations: - You are responsible for securing personal items and electronics. - Damage to the boat or equipment may result in additional charges. - A signed rental agreement and safety briefing are required before launch.
