60% refund up to 15 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
100% Refund Policy Due to Port Closure: A full refund will only be granted without any penalty if the Harbor Master (Capitanía de Puerto) officially closes the port and navigation is prohibited due to weather or safety conditions. Rescheduling Option: If the port is closed, we will also offer the possibility to reschedule the trip for a later available date, depending on yacht availability. Client-Initiated Cancellations: For cancellations made by the client for any other reason, a 60% refund will be granted only if canceled at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date. No refund will be provided for cancellations made with less than 15 days' notice.
