The renter is entitled to a deposit refund only if the reservation is canceled online at least 72 hours before the start of the rental, or according to the conditions of the selected rate. Weather conditions may affect navigation. In case of adverse weather that does not allow safe navigation, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled. Guests are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes before the departure time for check-in. Late arrivals may reduce navigation time, as the start and end times of the service cannot be modified. Bookings with no-show without at least 72 hours prior notice are non-refundable. No refund will be granted in case of early return of the boat, except in cases of unexpected or severe adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the renter may receive 50% of the unused rental time. A security deposit of €200 or a c card is required. The deposit will be returned once the rental is completed and the boat has been inspected. Any damage caused during the rental may be charged to the deposit or the provided credit card. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the renter must pay the difference at the time of the boat’s return. If assistance at sea is required, the following service fees will apply: €80 within the Portofino marine area and up to €130 outside this area. For safety reasons, all passengers must follow the instructions of the professional skipper during the trip.
