The charter includes a captain and crew. The base rate includes up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 25 guests. Additional guests may be accommodated subject to the applicable additional fee and prior arrangement. Guests are kindly asked to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may reduce the time available for the charter and will not automatically extend the scheduled duration. For Balandra itineraries, a minimum of 5 hours is recommended to allow sufficient travel time to and from the area and enjoy the destination without rushing. The captain may modify the route or activities if weather or sea conditions are not suitable for safe operation. Swimming and snorkeling activities are subject to sea conditions and the captain’s approval. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. Children are welcome, and responsible alcohol consumption is permitted. Guests are expected to treat the vessel and onboard equipment with care. If another charter is scheduled immediately after your reservation, the departure time must remain as scheduled to allow the crew sufficient time to prepare the vessel for the next group. Cancellations and changes are subject to the applicable booking policy and the platform’s terms and conditions.
