We’ll depart from a quiet slip on Panay Way and can cruise toward Venice Beach, Santa Monica, or the open Santa Monica Bay — depending on wind and mood. You’ll enjoy a spacious deck, cozy wood interior, and great seating for up to 10 guests. Additional Terms & Information

- Weather Cancellations: Charters may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of unsafe weather (high winds, heavy rain, dense fog). Light marine layer or overcast skies do not qualify for cancellation. - Late Arrivals: Charters start at the booked time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water, with no refund or extension. - No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable. - Safety: All guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times. No smoking below deck. Children under 13 must wear life jackets while on deck. - Alcohol & Food: BYO is welcome. Please drink responsibly — intoxicated guests will not be permitted to board or remain onboard. - Clean-Up: Please remove all belongings and trash at the end of your charter. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleanup is required. - Capacity: Max 10 guests per USCG regulations (includes adults and children). - Dockside Stays: For overnight bookings, vessel remains docked at secure slip. No sailing is permitted unless arranged in advance.
