Diego was AMAZING! We celebrated my daughter 15th birthday with her group of friends and they enjoyed everything about the experience! It was their first time ever on a boat and it was a great first time experience. The boat was just as pictured, communication was A+ and services were VERY AFFORDABLE! Refunds are not issued for no show bookings. Cancelations by weather will be only done if it's dangerous to go out. If is only rain, rescheduling will be done. Once you make your reservation, if you cancel a day before, you will not receive a refund. • Any damage caused to the boat by the client will be deducted from their security deposit. • Rules: Do not enter the cabin while wet, do not bring red wine (it stains the seats), clients must remain seated while the boat is in motion, and no leaning on the edge of the boat while navigating.
