To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience aboard Skrúður, please review the following rental terms: 1. Booking & Cancellation Policy Weather Cancellations: If the trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. The yacht departs on schedule. If guests arrive late, the trip may be shortened without a refund. No-shows will be charged in full. 2. Safety & Conduct Captain & Crew: A professional captain and guide are included in every trip to ensure a safe and informative experience. All necessary safety gear is provided and must be used when instructed. For the safety of all passengers, excessive alcohol consumption and any drug use are strictly prohibited. The captain reserves the right to end the trip early without a refund if passengers become disruptive or pose a safety risk. 3. Boat Rules Respect the Vessel: Please treat the yacht with care. Any damage caused by negligence will be billed accordingly. Outside food and drinks may be allowed upon request. A mini bar with drinks and snacks, and BBQ are available on board for a fee. 4. Liability & Damages: Any damage to the vessel, equipment, or furnishings caused by negligence or misuse will be billed at actual repair cost. If the damage exceeds the security allowance, the renter is responsible for covering the additional expenses. If excessive cleaning is required due to spills, stains, or misuse of facilities, a deep cleaning fee may apply.
