ABOUT THE BOAT This well-appointed boat is docked in the heart of Bodrum harbor and accommodates up to 6 guests for day cruises and 4 guests for overnight stays. It features two comfortable cabins—a Master and a Double—making it ideal for couples or small families. The upper flybridge provides a panoramic open-air lounge area, while the stern platform is equipped with an automated lowering system for effortless sea access, especially thoughtful for elderly guests. A two-seat arrangement with a coffee table at the stern offers a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. WHAT'S INCLUDED The boat includes a professional skipper and service personnel, a spacious flybridge, an automated sea-access platform, paddleboard, fishing equipment, board games, Wi-Fi, and access to two guest cabins for overnight stays. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW Daily tour check-in is at 10:30 am and check-out at 5:30 pm. Overnight stays require a minimum of two nights, with check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. Additional Terms & Information

The GUEST agrees to lease the yacht for the specified duration, fully equipped, in operational condition, and with a complete crew. The yacht may only be used for touristic cruising purposes. In case of yacht seizure due to non-compliance with laws and regulations, this agreement shall be immediately terminated, while the GUEST retains their rights. The GUEST is responsible for ensuring that all legal documents of the yacht are complete and valid, employing the legally required yacht personnel, and maintaining the yacht's operational status during the rental period. The GUEST is responsible for delivering the yacht with valid insurance. In crewed charters, the GUEST shall bear no liability for any accidents, fires, or damages. For activities such as water sports, the GUEST shall be responsible for any injuries or fatalities resulting from accidents and must rely on their personal insurance policies. CANCELLATION POLICY For cancellations requested by the LESSEE: •90 days or more before the tour date: 20% of the total rental fee is charged. •89 - 30 days before the tour date: 30% of the total rental fee is charged. •29 - 0 days before the tour date: 100% of the total rental fee is charged. Items and substances that are prohibited by Turkish law must not be brought onto the yacht. The GUEST is responsible for any fines or business losses due to yacht confiscation resulting from legal violations. If the GUEST wishes to change the tour route before the charter week, the CAPTAIN may decline the request based on the next scheduled tour. If approved, any additional expenses (extra fuel, port fees, etc.) shall be covered by the GUEST. The CAPTAIN reserves the right to modify the planned route in consideration of sea, weather, or other hazardous conditions to ensure the safety of the yacht and passengers. Pets are not allowed on board. Air conditioning usage is limited to an average of 4 hours per day, not in a continuous block. The yacht's capacity is limited to 6 people for daily tours, 4 people for overnight tours, and the GUEST agrees not to exceed this limit.
