Rental Terms & Policies Booking & Availability We offer flexible half day (4-hour) and full day (8-hour) rentals based on availability. Start times may vary depending on scheduling and weather conditions. All rentals must be returned on time to avoid additional charges. Renter Requirements Renters must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued ID. In accordance with Florida law, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must provide a valid Boater Safety Card. ( we can help with that if needed) Prior boating experience is required. A safety walkthrough will be provided before departure. Damage & Security The renter is fully responsible for the vessel during the rental period. A refundable security deposit may be held and returned after a post-rental inspection. Any damage or missing equipment, including life vests or onboard accessories, will be charged accordingly. Weather & Cancellations Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Same-day cancellations that are not weather-related are non-refundable. Liability Waiver All passengers are required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure. By completing the rental, the renter accepts full responsibility for the vessel and all passengers during the rental period.
