Captain & decisions on the water The Captain has the final say on routing, timing, and whether we sail, based on weather, sea state, and safety. We'll always do our best to deliver the trip you booked. Weather cancellations Baltic Sea weather is unpredictable. If conditions are unsafe (strong wind, storms, poor visibility), we'll cancel and offer either a refund or a reschedule at no extra cost. Decision is made by 9:00 the morning of your trip, or earlier for evening departures. Light rain alone is not a cancellation reason. Guest cancellations - 7+ days before: full refund - 3–7 days before: 50% refund - Less than 72 hours: non-refundable Late arrivals & no-shows Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. We can wait up to 30 minutes for late guests, but the trip end time stays the same — the boat needs to be back on schedule. No-shows after 30 minutes are treated as a cancellation with no refund. On board - Maximum 5 guests, no exceptions (insurance and safety) - Soft-soled shoes only, or barefoot — no black-soled or heeled footwear - Smoking and vaping are not allowed onboard - Drinks and food welcome; please no red wine, staining foods like wild blueberries or glass bottles in the cockpit Safety Life jackets are provided and required for non-swimmers and all children. We'll give a short safety briefing before we leave the dock. If a guest appears significantly intoxicated at boarding, we reserve the right to refuse departure without refund. Damages Damage caused by negligence, intoxication, or rule violations is charged at repair cost. Photos We may take occasional photos for the listing; let me know if you'd prefer we don't.
