Please note that all participants must sign the waiver before arriving at the dock, as we're unable to proceed with the tour unless every guest has completed it in advance. Here’s what you can expect: - If weather impedes our day, we offer a change of date or full refund if conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain. - We always monitor the weather, and our local knowledge of the lake helps us find the smoothest water.   - The day before the trip, we will reach out to get any last-minute changes, talk about the day, and understand your goals for the day. - Safety is always first!  We will start every cruise with a safety briefing and talk about our lifesaving equipment in case of an emergency.    - No Glass Bottles - Stain-Free Zone - Try to avoid drinks that could leave a mess. If spills happen, renters are responsible for covering professional cleaning costs.
