BOAT RULES No Shoes in boat No Dogs/Pets No Beaching the Boat Please try to avoid stepping on the upholstery as much as possible Please bring clear/spray on sunscreen (due to the all black upholstery, creamy white sunscreen may stay on seats and result in a cleaning fee as it is very hard to remove) FUEL POLICY  a. Boat must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.  b. If not refueled, Renter will be charged:   i. Fuel Rate: $7.00/gallon   ii. Refueling Fee: $75.00  LATE RETURN POLICY  a. Late Fee: $140 per hour past the agreed return time.  b. Over 4 Hours Late: Additional full-day rental charge will apply at the current market rate, regardless of the agreed upon day rate.  USAGE RULES & RESPONSIBILITIES  a. Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.  b. Operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.  c. Renter is responsible for the safe operation of the boat and all passengers.  d. Life jackets must be worn or readily accessible for all passengers (provided).  e. No overnight use unless specifically approved.  f. Boat may not leave approved water bodies without written permission from Owner.  DAMAGE & LIABILITY  a. Renter assumes full personal liability for all damages to the boat and its equipment during the rental period, regardless of fault.  b. This includes, but is not limited to, hull damage, propeller damage, upholstery stains or tears, electronic malfunctions, or towing expenses.  c. Renter agrees to pay the full cost of any repair or replacement that exceeds the $800 security deposit.  d. Any unreported damage may result in additional charges and forfeiture of future rental privileges.  e. Renter is personally liable, regardless of whether acting on behalf of another party or business.  INDEMNITY  a. Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyond North Adventures LLC, its members, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of the operation or use of the rented vessel.
