Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be received at least 5 days prior to the scheduled rental date to qualify for a 100% refund. • Cancellations received 1-4 days prior to the rental date will be eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the rental start time, for example 10am, are not eligible for a refund. • All cancellations must be submitted in writing and include a time stamp to verify the date and time of the cancellation. • In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the renter’s control, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or provide a full credit for future use, subject to availability.
