this was a hard one to review. first we showed up at 10 but they weren't prepared. we booked the day before so not sure if it was getyourboat or them but no one around. I understood and said if they can't do the charter just refund, no harm no foul. they said the boat would be ready at 11:15. it actually took until 12:45 before we were ready to go. they were this really screwed up the tour since we missed the hours of swimming before lunch and everything just felt rushed. I will say the chef was absolutely amazing! we ate well but the drink options were odd. you had beer, water, coke, strawberry fresca and then a giant thing of vodka, rum, and tequila. no other options like wine, champagne or mixers. they did try and make up for the delay by going to the opening if the canal but after 30 minutes there isn't much to see and you are breathing in diesel fumes from ships the entire time. given the mix-up (2.75 hours delayed), but giving credit for the hussle, I thought a fair compromise was offering an hour refund. I didn't hear from them hence the review.
