if cancellation is 48 hours before of the contracted date, the company will refund the 100% deposit. if cancellation is 24 hours before the contracted date, the company will refund the 50% deposit. if cancellation is the same date of the contracted date, client must pay 100%. if cancellation is by natural phenomena or by prohibitivo of the Dominican Republic Navy Authorities, the company will refund the 100% deposit.
