Cancellation Policy: - If u cancelled the trip, 30% will be charged. - You cancel/postpone at least 2 weeks in advance. - You use the deposit within the same year. Weather Conditions: - We operate diving from 1st February until 31st October and the weather is generally very nice throughout the season with average air temperatures of 32°C and average water temperatures of 28°C. - Weather conditions for scuba diving can’t be predicted even for the best season. Conditions For Diving: - Leisure diving packages can only be offered to already certified divers. - All guests will be required to sign a Liability/Release Form (Waiver) upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the dive centre/resort. Frequently Asked Questions: • When is the best time to travel & dive? - The diving season for Tioman Island starts on 1st February and ends by early November. Tioman is pretty much shut down over monsoon (Nov-Jan). February-March: Mating season of the Pharaoh Reef Cuttlefish (don’t miss it!) Lunch will be provided on the boat if you’re joining our day dive trip. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance from our dive centre / resort where you can find local and international cuisine. • Do you have NITROX? - Yes, as a Technical Diving Training Facility we are providing Enriched Air Nitrox, Oxygen and Helium gas mixes • Can I just snorkel with your diving centre? - If you come with a non-diver then this person(s) can join us on the boat and go snorkelling while you are diving. • I have lost my certification card, can I still dive with you?
