THE SIX PASSENGERS, Diving passion since 15 years ! The new diving center ! THE SIX PASSENGERS diving center is located near the Kia ora village hotel on the beach of ‘Ohutu Bay. It features a Polynesian style hut well integrated in its environment. It opened in 1995 and owes its name to its “philosophy”: Each dinghy will transport six divers only, this because of comfort and conviviality concerns but also because of optimum safety reasons The owners of the dive center are Italian chemist Ugo MAZZAVILLANI, a diving enthusiast himself and brewer Tanguy BONDUEL also crazy about bubbles, water bubbles of course… The director in charge of the club is Frédéric Lhermitte, better known under the nickname of Pitou. He is an experienced and skilful diver and has gotten a special feeling with animals. Facing the lagoon, our traditional style “Fare” is open all year long.
