Renter must stay within the Sandy Hook bay/Raritan bay area. NO ocean trips unless approved. Renter must bring their own fishing gear & equipment. The boat must be cleaned on arrival. The owner will clean for a $50 charge. The owner can captain the boat if needed. **This is NOT a fishing charter
