By booking with Classic Current Rentals, the renter agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID. Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure, as late arrivals may reduce your rental time without refund. The maximum capacity of the vessel is 15 guests and may not be exceeded. All passengers must follow the captain's instructions at all times. Unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, illegal drugs, smoking or vaping onboard, underage drinking, reckless conduct, or violation of safety rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. Alcohol is permitted only for guests 21 years of age or older and must be consumed responsibly. A refundable security deposit of up to $500 may be required and will be returned after the rental provided the vessel is returned on time and in the same condition, with no damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. Fuel for normal cruising is included; additional charges may apply for excessive fuel usage or optional wake sports. Wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing, and other watersports are available as an optional add-on and are subject to weather, water conditions, equipment availability, and captain approval. Participants assume all risks associated with boating and watersports activities. Swimming is permitted only when the vessel is safely anchored and approved by the captain. Children must comply with all applicable North Carolina life jacket laws. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vessel or equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Classic Current Rentals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. In the event of unsafe weather, including lightning, severe storms, or high winds, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel the trip at our discretion. Weather-related cancellations made by Classic Current Rentals will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled rental will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental and no-shows are non-refundable. By boarding the vessel, all guests acknowledge that boating involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume those risks. Classic Current Rentals, its owners, captains, and employees shall not be liable for injury, death, property damage, or loss except as required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
