In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook. - Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you’re running late, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but excessive lateness may result in shortened tour time or rescheduling, depending on availability. - No-Show Policy: Unfortunately, no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. - Safety Considerations: Safety is our top priority. All passengers must follow the crew’s instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when directed. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but excessive drinking is not permitted for safety reasons. - Boat Rules: Respect the boat and its equipment. Please keep the boat clean and avoid damaging any equipment. Smoking is not allowed on board. - Refunds: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 1 week in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
