If guests arrive late, charter end time typically remains the same. - No-show: no refund; rescheduling allowed at operator discretion and subject to availability. Overloading prohibited. - All guests must follow captain/crew safety instructions at all times. - Life jackets required for children and non-swimmers; crew will advise stowage/usage. - No diving/jumping unless crew gives explicit permission and safety procedures are followed.
