Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for cancellation. Please arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time, and no-shows are non-refundable. For safety reasons, all passengers must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and required for children. No illegal substances are permitted onboard, and excessive intoxication is not allowed. To maintain the quality of the vessel, guests are asked to treat the boat with care. Shoes may be restricted, and red wine or staining items are discouraged. By booking, guests agree to these terms to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
